Once you’ve reserved one of the fabulous villas in the Sunset Beach Villa Collection you will be introduced to your concierge. Our goal is to assist you in planning a memorable vacation, one you will want to repeat year after year.
The day of arrival should be as hassle-free as possible. You will have the address and directions to your villa where your host will greet you and spend time familiarizing you with the operations of the villa, show you to the beach, and discuss any arrangements made or those you still want to make.
If you are up for an adventure we will encourage you to go “Beach Hopping”. There are many beautiful beaches in Providenciales and our sister islands. Your villa will be equipped with portable beach chairs and coolers to assist you in your travels.
During your stay our teams in operations, maintenance, concierge and management are on-site and available to assist should any need arise. Facilitating your excellent vacation villa experience is our top priority.
