From its second level, where a gorgeous 14 foot by 35 foot furnished deck overlooks the ocean, you have the best seat in the house for watching Providenciales’ world-famous sunsets.

The calming waves and powder-white sand of our world-famous beaches are just three minutes beyond this beach villa’s doors. Aqueous Villa is within walking distance of Sunset Beach and Pelican Beach, two stunning stretches of sand perfect for lounging with a good book or soaking in the waves. Rental of Aqueous Villa comes with a daily private resort-style lounger and umbrella beach set up on Sunset Beach, a four-seater electric beach cart for easy transport to and from the beach, and portable chairs and a cooler for the adventurous beach hopper.

Each bedroom comes with luxury linens, towels, robes, and bath products, a hotel-style safe, Sonos connectivity, and a Smart TV. This private villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with high speed Wi- Fi throughout.

This villa was outstanding in all aspects. The location, design, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and staff assistance. The images online are a true representation of what to expect when you arrive. The villa is ideally located to all shopping, food, beaches, etc. The layout of the villa is spectacular. The bed, bedding, appliances, pool, etc. where all top notch. The beds were very comfortable and having each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. The outdoor furniture was also quite comfortable and ideal for a family to enjoy sitting around the pool, barbequing and socializing with friends/family. The lovely Shawna, who was our contact person on the island , was delightful, efficient, and very helpful when we need reservations, excursions, or help finding something in the villa. We could go on and on about how pleased we were with our stay at Aqueous. I cannot recommend it enough to others who are looking to stay in a place that feels like a home in paradise.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and to say it was unforgettable would be an understatement! Your home was a perfect oasis, that our whole family enjoyed.
